STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES - CLUB HOUSE
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS NO.1
1. The Management Committee Rambagh Golf Club has approved following instructions w.e.f. 10th June 2009.
2. GUESTS:- Member is allowed only four guests in a day. On normal day- Rs.50/- per guest and Weekend (Saturday & Sunday)-Rs.75/- will be charged. Host member entertaining the guests will be required to observe following instructions;
(a) Host Member will be required to accompany the guest from reception gate to club house entry. Name of the guest to be entered in the register at reception in the presence of Host member and guest. Telephone instruction ordering reception to allow guest will not be accepted.
(b) Conduct of Guest: Any irresponsible behaviour by the guest will be the responsibility of concerning host member. Host member will ensure that his guest is properly dressed and behaves in a dignified and gentlemanly manner. Host is required to be present with the guest all the time during stay of the guest till departure.
3. Timing For Gate Entry-Bar, Lounge and Restaurant: Timings given in succeeding paras will be strictly adhere to. Members cooperation will be highly appreciated.
4. Close of Gate Entry - 10.30 PM Sharp
5. BAR TIMINGS:
(a) 12.00 PM to 03.00 PM - Last order will be taken upto
(b) 06.00 PM to 10.30 PM Sharp - 10.30 PM & lights will be out by 11.00 PM Sharp.
6. RESTAURANT TIMINGS:
(a) Breakfast - 7.00 AM to 10.30 AM
(b) Lunch - 12.30 PM to 2.30 PM
(Only pre-booked orders
for lunch are accepted).
(c) Light Snacks - 5.00 PM to 8.30 PM
Tea/Coffee/Juice/
cold drinks.
(d) Dinner - 7.30 PM to 10.30 PM
orders for dinner service after 10.30 PM will not be accepted. Order for dinner will not be accepted from Bar or Lounge Area.
7. Restaurant & Lounge
will be closed and lights
will be out sharp - 11.30 PM.
8. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION FROM GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN REGARDING FUNCTIONING OF BAR: This is for kind information of members that Bar timings mentioned above are as per the orders of Excise Department, Government of Rajasthan. Bar will be closed sharp at 11 PM. Above timings are for strict compliance. Members cooperation will be highly appreciated.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS NO.2
1. Status Temporary Members: Member who has deposited money for Ordinary/Life/Corporate Membership will be registered as Temporary Member. He will be permitted to play on course, if allotted valid Handicap by the club. He is permitted to utilise club Bar, Lounge and Restaurant facility. Spouse and kids are also entitled to utilise above mentioned facilities when accompanied by the Temporary Member. Temporary members are not permitted to entertain guests.
2. Status Playing Member: Playing Member is permitted to go to range direct from reception via entry gate near 12th Tee to Practice Range and same way he should return. Playing Member is permitted to utilise cafeteria facility (Near Practice Range) on cash payment (Please obtain copy of cash receipt). Playing member's family or guests are not permitted to utilise Bar, Lounge and Restaurant facility.
3. Dependent Member are not permitted to entertain guests.
4. Children are Welcome: However, parents are requested to control their children exuberance or bear cost of damage. Please restrain them from running over the Sofas and spoiling seats and floor by dropping food and drinks. Parents are also requested to ensure that children do not move or play around water tank area the risk is of parents. Plucking of flowers, drawing on the wall and running on greens are considered destructive activities. Children below 18 years are not permitted at Liquor Service area during the timings when Bar is functioning. This is as per the orders of Government of Rajasthan. However, children may use other adjacent areas of Club. The overall responsibility to control children is of parents.
5. Dress Code: Appropriate informal dress is permitted which includes National dress. Shorts, Golf Shoes, Kheds, Slippers and Chappals are not allowed in Lounge and Bar.
